  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Our shirts are made to order just for you. Once your order is placed, the processing time is 5-7 business days to get your shirt(s) printed and ready to ship. Orders are shipped via USPS, and generally takes 2-3 business days.

  • What is the policy on lost or stolen packages?

    All packages are sent via USPS Priority Mail. If the item(s) is shown as delivered via USPS tracking, that absolves She IS Creations LLC of all liability. We will work with the customer to get these issues resolved but we cannot guarantee any type of refund. In the event that the item(s) are not shown as delivered, customer will be refunded the price of the items at the time of order. She IS Creations LLC does not assume responsibility for lost or stolen items that are shown delivered.
